Before leaving Da Lat, I had to write a review about Nia Hotel, and I truly hope it goes viral soon because Nia is no less than any 5-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
Having experienced many 4 and 5-star hotels across Vietnam and abroad, I can confidently say that Nia’s customer service exceeded all my expectations. I was warmly welcomed with a big smile, a plate of fresh Da Lat fruit, complimentary crib, and even a baby bath prepared for my little one.
One rainy afternoon, the owner kindly offered us a free ride to a nearby kids’ café so my baby could enjoy some time there. Every staff member, from the kitchen to the reception was incredibly sweet, always smiling, bowing, and checking in with us.
I booked a room with a balcony, which meant I could enjoy a beautiful morning view. While the rooms don’t have air conditioning, I deeply appreciate the owner’s eco-friendly approach, and honestly, the ceiling fan was more than enough to keep the room cool and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet at Nia deserves a special mention, plentiful, varied, and more delicious than some 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. During my three-night stay, I never once thought of having breakfast elsewhere. Fresh fruit, pure juices, strong coffee, and even Nana chocolate to pair with strawberries. it was all perfect!!!
When it was time to leave Da Lat, the owner personally came out to bow and bid us farewell. Having worked in the service industry myself, I can tell that he truly understands customer psychology and has poured his heart into Nia.
Please don’t let a single one-star review make you hesitate. Choosing Nia over Mercure and Colline was the best decision of our trip. Away from the noisy city center, we found a fresh and memorable place to stay.
Thank you, Nia, and I wish Mr. The Anh’s heartfelt business continued success. Sydney’s Fam look forward to seeing you all again on...
Read moreNia Hotel in Da Lat set a good exemplary of an excellent hotel. Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights.||||Rooms - clean, neat and tidy. The housekeeping has done a wonderful job! No air conditioning but the weather is fine. They have a ceiling fan which can blow upright. It's different from the normal ceiling fan and because of this feature, one will not feel as if the wind is blowing directly at you. Hot water is consistent and the pressure is strong. Need to check about the size of the toilet. If you are a bigger built person, you may ask for a room with wider toilet.||||Reception - Mr Wade is able to speak and understand English very well. He is such a wonderful and kind person. Hardworking as you can see him almost in the hotel every day. He will see that you will have a wonderful and enjoyable stay.||||Buffet breakfast - as the hotel is fairly new, there weren't many guests yet. The buffet spread is not extensive but everything is of 5 stars quality. You will feel very satisfied each morning and the barista is good at preparing coffee. ||||Location - not exactly in town but taking the Grab is not expensive either. There are a number of cafes and eateries around the hotel.||||My family had a wonderful stay at Nia and we will stay in the hotel again in the future when we travel to Da Lat again. A heartfelt gratitude to Mr Wade, Thanh and the housekeeping team. Thank...
Read moreI never write reviews, but the NIA hotel is so amazing that it deserves a raving review.
Everything is top notch about this hotel. The exterior as well as the interior is beautiful, with a lovely breakfast space and outdoor sitting area. The rooms are well decorated and the facilities are great - they have a gym that we enjoyed using very much, with everything you need for weight lifting or cardio. It is clearly designed by someone who has a passion for weightlifting. The breakfast is very tasty, with a good selection of vegetables and fruits (we eat vegetarian, so this was appreciated)!
However, the thing we most appreciated is the impeccable customer service. They really go above and beyond. Our lives were made easier by the lovely people at NIA hotel in many ways. For example, when we were planning biking through the city, we asked them if they knew where we could buy ponchos. Instead of telling us where we could buy them, they personally went out to buy multiple types of ponchos for us, while it was still raining, free of charge. Another example was how they made us a to go breakfast at 5 am in the morning for our flight.
If you’re ever in Da Lat, do yourself a service and stay at this amazing hotel! You...
