Only food is good, but you must wait 1h. Then when you get a table you still have to order with people who do not speak English. So you order 2 beer and 2 teas. After 15 mins you find out there is no tea. Then you change tea for beer and juice. You get juice after 10 mins. Then you ask for beer, still not received. After another 10 mins you finally ask again for 2 beers. (No idea how many will be on receipt). Then you wait. So no idea why but 3 other local couples who came there after your order receive sushi (which you ordered). Well maybe because you are foreigner. So you still wait. After 2h you receive the food plus some other sushi which you didn’t order and soup which also was not in the order. Finally you eat 2 slices of someone’s sushi and soup and decide to pay without waiting for one more meal from your order. No idea how but the bill had correct numbers of beers and meals. Honestly never was humiliated in the restaurant such way, no idea why they behaved this way, other people looked to be happy but unfortunately for us it was one of the most terrible experiences with dining anywhere....

Sashimi was thick cut, pretty fresh and well served! Service was very attentive and they went to the trouble of using Google translate to speak to us. - they served us an avocado salad - which was very good!

Serving sizes here are quite big. Quite a lot for the price. Maybe 3-4pax would be more ideal, coming as 2 we weren't able to try as many items.

The tamago egg sushi was a bit too salty but the sushi rice was nice. Tempura batter is quite thick but the portion is huge and the variety for the assorted tempura is very good. (Perilla leaf, salmon, mackerel, shrimps, mushrooms, eggplants..)

Would most likely recommend mainly the raw fish dishes in this place! Service and speed of food delivery was...

Mình gọi 1 mì udon, 1 đậu nành nhật, 1 trứng hấp và 1 tôm chiên tempura. Mì và trứng ăn rất ổn, đến khi thử tôm chiên tempura thì bị ngấm dầu rất nhiều. Đầu tiên, đây không phải lần đầu tiên ăn tempura, có lẽ mình đã dùng món Nhật trong hơn 10 năm qua, cho nên mình hoàn toàn biết món tempura này không đúng chuẩn, bị ngấm dầu. Nên mình gửi lại bếp gần như nguyên vẹn món tempura và nói mình không dùng nữa nhưng vẫn thanh toán phần này. Mọi chuyện đáng lẽ chỉ dừng ở việc sơ xuất của bếp và mình sẽ không quay trở lại nhà hàng mà thôi. Nhưng sau đó chị quản lý nhà hàng ra nói với bạn nhân viên đứng quầy “tempura chiên bằng dầu mà sao không có dầu được” trong khi mình ngồi ngay quầy bar. Gửi chị quản lý: tempura chiên bằng dầu và một phần tempura ngập ngụa dầu bám vào như ăn bánh quẩy là 2 khái niệm khác nhau. Vì vậy mới có nhiều phương pháp giúp rút bớt dầu từ các món chiên. Và nếu như chị cảm thấy không hài lòng về phản hồi của khách hàng (mà em chả nói gì ngoài câu “món ăn dầu quá chị không dùng được, em mang vào bếp đi và cứ tính tiền cho chị” thì làm dịch vụ chị cũng đừng nên phản bác lại góp ý của khách hàng như thế. Món ăn em vẫn trả tiền, ăn hay không là quyền của em, em thấy nhiều dầu thì em nói nhiều dầu thôi chị ạ. Đáng lẽ mình sẽ không có đánh giá này chỉ vì món ăn không tốt.
