Unacceptable service quality and standards in many ways. I booked four deluxe suite rooms for my guests who requested a laundry machine and kitchen space in each room. When our guests checked in, one of them faced a problem with the lights in his room. Despite he was told it could be repaired immediately, it took two days for the maintenance eventually. A laundry machine for another guest was inoperable due to a technical issue. The guest had to ask for the laundry service offered by the apartment. In addition, there was a problem with the front desk concierge. They told me that they would share the driver's information a day before my guests' arrival at the airport, however, this promise was not fulfilled. When I complained about the incident, the hotel staff told me "it's ok" and "don't worry" instead of a word of apology. After all, the staff at the front desk had zero knowlege about hospitality, and this took a toll on the customer experience. Unquestionably, I do not recommend this...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my trip, and everything was great. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with all the essentials like air conditioning, hot water, and a mini fridge, all working perfectly. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the space was calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel’s location was very convenient, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist when needed. The room is not bad but breakfast experience is not acceptable. I asked for breakfast service when booking the room, and confirmed 1 day before with the staff that we have an early event so we have to get breakfast at 7:00, their staff confirmed 3 times, changed so many things that we can have for meals but we accepted all. Finally, when we come to the restaurant at 7:00, there's no seat and we have to wait for 30 mins, so late! They didnt mind the time as Japanese business.
