Hanoi Shouten Lakeside - Apartment & Homestay — Hotel in Hà Nội

Room was really spacious with a really nice view directly to the lake. They check up on us before arrival to ensure we don't find difficulty to arrive in the location.They have washing machine, stove, fridge, etc. We only stayed for 1 nights, so we didn't use it.They provide 2 big Jar of water, seems like refilled Jar, and not sure how long the water been there. We prefer to purchase bottled water.Room could be cleaner, when we check in, the blanket was wrinkled, and there's a used band-aid next to the bed and on the shower also there's a chunk of wet tissue.But all of this doesn't matter much for me.We really enjoy staying in Shouten, eye-pleasing decor & chill environment,There's a cafe on the ground floor and souvenir store, I purchase some handmade soap and notebook from the store. We were delighted with this accommodation! The room looked exactly like the pictures (which isn’t always the case...). The staff communicated clearly and were very friendly. The place was spotless, quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect too — lots of great food spots and cozy cafés just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend :

Definitely the best place to stay in Hanoi, on a quiet road by the small lake, but an easy walk away from the market, shops, and cafes. The apartments are beautifully designed and decorated. The kitchen is modern and well equipped if you want to cook. The washing machine and balcony make it easy to do your own laundry. There's a very nice cafe and a lovely souvenir shop on site.
