La Sante Hotel & Spa — Hotel in Hà Nội

The staff are very helpful and willing to address any concerns or provide genuine and personalised suggestions of places to visit. For example, they suggested where I can go to swim and the best local place for trying spring rolls. The breakfast was delicious- everyday fresh and tasty! The rooms were clean. The Aircon and shower were fully functional. The view does not feature a lake, but it's still nice - overlooking the neighbouring houses and streets. It was also convenient to be offered a laundry service, for a very reasonable price, with same day pick up.

I think the hotel hasn't updated the information on booking for a while. If you expect to visit the skybar or see the lake view, you will not find them here.

The best staff and the best location! We stayed there twice while in Vietnam. Huy, the bell boy must have moved around our big luggages a million times with a big smile!

All the staff at the reception guided us throughout whether with cruise bookings or rentals and so generous and flexible throughout. Got us last minute cabs as well. (Multiple people like Martin, Chien and other girls who worked at the reception helped us. Sadly couldn't ask their names then)

The location is close to old quarter and so many amazing restaurants, spa parlours around. We were able to find vegetarian restaurants and multiple marts within walking distance! And felt safe all times too.

The rooms had a lot of variation between the two we picked so hard to determine which one we will end up with. The breakfast buffet was the only negative with barely any veg options except fruits and cornflakes maybe. Clear signage would...

I stayed there for a week and here are my thoughts.

Room & Service budget friendly ($28 per night) the room is clean for it’s price but not spotless helpful and kind staffs great housekeeping service breakfast is repetitive but good taste for it’s price (pro tip: use agoda for cheaper deals)

Location near with Circle K convenience store (walking distance) near with a bus stop to go straight to Noi Bai Airport (walking distance) near with old quarter (costs 30k vnd) near with Rose Garden Residence for US visa interview (costs around 50k vnd) (pro tip: if ur a solo traveller and doesn’t have heavy baggage, take grab bike for cheaper deal)
