‼️🚨🚨🚨 The experience at this place was unacceptable. From the start, the owner displayed inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment.

The treatment was inhumane and deeply disrespectful. The room also contained items that made it feel more like an hourly motel than a proper hotel, which was completely unexpected.

⚠️ This place works like a bait for couples, an unsafe and disrespectful environment where anyone can feel vulnerable.

On top of that, during check-out they tried to charge minibar items that were never consumed, and even add an illegal extra percentage for card payments — a dishonest practice to take more money from guests.

Reserved a room for two nights, turns up to the hotel later than expected because of our bus and was told the hotel was full as they gave our room to someone else as they thought we wouldn't turn up. The receptionist was rude and was more interested in playing his dragon game on his phone rather than resolving the issue. After an hour of going back and forth he rang another hotel who had space but it was 30 minutes out of city centre. Poor customer service and consideration, after a lot of palaver we finally arrived at the hotel and paid 260,000 for a room that we had for 6 hours at best as we were forced to check out early because they had reserved the room for another person, ironic...
