We recently spent 6 nights at the InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with exceptional professionalism and a warmth that made us feel like VIPs. It’s rare to find a hotel where hospitality is so seamless, intuitive, and personal.

Club InterContinental Lounge: Next-Level Service The Club Lounge staff absolutely blew us away. Every member of the team displayed outstanding professionalism and care. They not only remembered our preferences (like my request for almond milk!) but also anticipated them before we even had to ask. From delicious gourmet selections to beautifully crafted cocktails, the food and service were consistently top-tier. A special thank you to: • Dokie Khuong Do, Club Manager and true “Hotel Experience Champion,” who welcomed us personally, managed our package delivery prior to arrival, and even left a handwritten note in our room recognizing our special occasion. What a personal and memorable touch! • Chi, Thuy, Thao, Duc Anh, Cong, Hong, and Ms. Le Thi Huyen (Assistant Chief Concierge) – each of you made our stay exceptional with your kindness, thoughtfulness, and grace under pressure. Huyen also ensured our package was ready and waiting when we arrived – such an efficient and thoughtful gesture.

Housekeeping: We barely saw them, but our room was always immaculate. Extra hangers? Extra chair? Soap? All delivered quickly and with a smile. The room was always pristine, and yet we never felt intruded upon – a true testament to their behind-the-scenes excellence.

Breakfast Restaurant: A Culinary Joy The breakfast team was phenomenal. Their attention to detail and memory for guest preferences was almost magical. Each breakfast felt like being welcomed by family – only this family serves you five-star cuisine and remembers how you like your eggs and coffee!

Front Desk: Speed Meets Sincerity Every interaction was efficient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Any question we had was answered on the spot, and every request was fulfilled faster than expected.

This is a new experience for me. Located in Keangnam, Hanoi, a predominantly Korean neighbourhood, it has a Korean touch in almost everything, which is quite refreshing for me. That is, if one is not inundated with Korean culture in your face constantly at home. So the offerings are Korean or Korean-inspired with a mix of international fare. During my stay, almost all the other guests were Korean and it made me wonder, why Koreans prefer to eat and drink Korean in Vietnam and be surrounded by their hometown feel when travelling internationally?||Nevertheless, I found it quite remarkable that the hotel has provided offerings and amenties geared towards the Korean clientele, and I was lucky to be able to experience both Korean and Veitnamese culture in Hanoi.||This is a five-star hotel with luxurious amenites and the staff I had the opportunity to come in contact with, tried their best and were eager to provide that professional yet friendly touch, at all times. Mr Le Khac Tien, the FOM, went out of his way to greet me upon arrival and waved me off when I left. Very nice!! His team was aware of my requests and needs and although some of them were new, they did make the greatest effort to learn and were modest and helpful. Huyen at the Club Lounge was professional, knowledgeable and extremely experienced. Tho wanted to learn English (why not) and was constantly around to ensure that I was taken care of. Chi came to say hello and we indugled in some friendly converstion. The others were just as pleasant to talk to and were attentive.||The location was ok for me. A Grab car would take you anywhere. Both lunch and dinner receptions were beautifully arranged, with impeccable food presentation and excellent taste that delighted both local and international guests. Every detail — from the ambiance to the flow of service — reflected a high standard of hospitality.

What made the experience truly seamless was the incredible support from the banquet and operations team. They worked hand-in-hand with us from planning to execution, showing remarkable professionalism, flexibility, and care for every detail.
