3 Spoons Restaurant — Restaurant in Hà Nội

There are 2 serious problem with this restaurant. Service, 2. Food Which is pertty much everything you can expect from restaurant.

Service First when i book my table, i asked if you guys can prepare birthday cake, and they said yes. And we didnt get any cake, any inform until we leave.

When you go to fine dining restaurant, you will expect good experienced waiter. But in this restaurant, every staffs are clumsy and unskilled. They never removed the dishes from the table or clean the table when we finished salad or any other course. And they will never ask about your food, experience, or any other feedback that you might feel. Actually when they talk to us, they lean against the wall or chair, table. I can see they are nice and smile, but everything doing is really unprofessional.

About service, those issues is not a big problem, but it also not proper service you can get from other fine restaurant.

Food Every bread is not fresh, hard. Feels really cheap. Cooked salad and cheese was really really poor, not fresh(basically i never feel fresh in here), bland, lukewarm. Pizza........ i never expect SQUID on pizza. Actually it was my fault that i didnt read every ingredient from menu, but i never never expected. Someone will like it and say its brilliant idea, but i never thought i can find squid from italian pizza. And dough was hard like every bread in this restaurant. Mozzarella was cheap processed cheese that you can find from supermarket. Stretch, oily.

The reason i wrote review with effort, is that day was my wife's birthday and we ruined it with poor service and food.. and i really dont want to see any other victim.

Only good thing i can find from this restaurant, price is quite reasonable. But...

we visited here on 14th may 2023. we have live in hanoi since 2018. prefering to visit buffet, we have visited most of hotels' buffet in hanoi and intercontinental dinner buffet was not the recommended one. however, yesterday, we visited other buffet and were disappointed with narrow food options, which made us visit here since they have a wide variety of food choices. we were really satisfied with food and service there. here are some improvements we liked. 1 the sushi and sasimi seem better, i can not tell what it is. 2 prior to last visit, when we wanted to warm up seafood. we had to wait. now, they bring it to our table. 3 grill section was a way better. last time, we did not enjoy it since all the food was tough to chew, but yesterday my 6 years old daughtor had beef a lot. i have not visited sofitel yet. i can tell intercontenetal buffet...

I would like to thank 3 Spoons restaurant and especially Mr. Tuyên Ma for helping me organize a wonderful birthday party for my daughter is turning 3!

The restaurant was absolutely stunning. The decorations were beautiful and the atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

The staff and mr. Tuyen and restaurant was very helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for my daughter's party. He even helped me plan the activities and make sure that the guests had a great time.

My daughter had a wonderful time at her party. She loved the decorations, the food, and the games.
