Pizza 4P’s Landmark 72 — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Update : on my second visit recently The manager recognized me, offered me a good table and the service was pretty good this time. As I mentioned in the past also that the food quality is usually very good at 4ps problems are in services only. But this time they didn't give me a chance to complain at all. I will certainly be going back to them.

Food was good as usual but very bad service at the restaurant. It took a very long time for the food, more than 25mins. We had to call the service staff so many times for small small things & they seem to be not attentive. You can see the photo, we had a small table and I had to call the staff more than 5 times to get the plates cleared but plates were still not removed from the table. Finally I had to put the dirty plates under the salad bowl and my friend kept the dirty plate under the clean plates so that we could have space on the table to eat. After finishing the food also no one came to clear the table until we didn't pay the bill and leave the restaurant. So for all those reasons I'm giving them 2* Actually I wanted to give them 1* but I know that their staff is keen to improve plus the food is good so 2 stars is...

4Ps is located in the 72 Landmark plaza and offers a warm atmosphere with interesting architectural lighting features. Dining is more affordable than I assumed before my arrival. I ordered the Baked mashed potato and House&made Raclette cheese appetizer and the Truffle Burrata Pie with Parma Ham from the Natural Farming selections. The Creamy Bahn Pudding dessert closed up the meal splendidly.

The non-alcoholic Mojito Ale (Basil, Lime, soda, is served with a liquid sugar dispenser so you can sweeten the classic Cuban drink to taste. The meal was very pleasant and satisfying.

I stopped by after work to relax before driving home. Some diners were dressed casually, and others in suits.

The system of ordering is amazing and gives you a chance to choose - scan a QR and chose yourself or ask a waiter. After the online order they come to you to double check the order. All drinks are delivered immediately. It's the only one place I met this kind of service in Hanoi. All the food was delicious and fresh. Buratta is mouthwatering and the tastes is perfect!
