Afternoon tea was terrible quality! Sandwiches at Circle K taste better! Low quality bread with tomatoes and carrots, really? What do you take your customers for??? Since there’s not much competition in Hanoi, Intercontinental probably thought they could relax and serve the crappiest quality bread with veggies for savory snacks. Terrible bread with some carrot!! We were advised to have the bingsu cherry and cherry cake set which looked absolutely pretty, elegant, and mouth-watering; the bingsu's taste was satisfyingly fresh from the first bite until the last with a variety of sauces to add on, the cake was lovely.

The staff were enthusiastic, attentive, and caring.

Regarding the space, it's luxurious with impressive interior and spacious with high ceiling and several private zones for different using purposes. There's also a smoking lounge for smokers with stunning city view.
