Anh chị mình ở đây 1 đêm, khi check out bạn lễ tân nói rằng ga có 1 vết bẩn nên charge chị mình 200k. Chuyện không có gì cả cho đến khi bạn lễ tân rất thái độ với khách, chị mình có nói rằng vết bẩn đó là do vô tình thức ăn rơi vào nhưng nó nhỏ và có thể giặt được thì k nên phạt 200k, tuy nhiên bạn lễ tân lại trả lời rằng lỗi này nhất định phải phạt chỉ là khi check in quên không nhắc đến thôi. Chị mình bực vì thái độ nên có đôi co rằng nói vậy là không hợp lí, bạn lễ tân liền bảo nếu chị không trả 200k thì chị lên mà giặt ga với một thái độ rất không phải phép trong khi chị mình nói rất lịch sự vì đơn giản chị mình cũng làm trong ngành khách sạn và có thể hiểu về vẫn đề thu phí surcharge nhưng những vết bẩn nhỏ và giặt được thì sẽ k thu phí gì.
