Extremely unprofessional!!

We came here at around 22:30 after a very long day, having seen that the "Spa" is open around the clock. Firstly the place was extremely untidy, for which the lady apologised, saying she had received new stock. Then apparently she wanted to take our blood pressure, to better counsel us. Fair enough. However she used a blood pressure cuff a few sizes too small and inflated it 3 times to get a reading for my partner, although we told her that it was causing him discomfort. Then she said she would prepare a herbal bath to soak our feet and after 5 mins, No let's go do the massage first and then the foot bath. All this time, my partner and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. We were then told to follow her upstairs. The room we arrived in was dingy and still we thought, okay maybe the technique will be good. We changed and 5 minutes into the massage, I hear the shutter of a phone camera taking pictures!! A third person had entered the room and taken pictures of us! I immediately bolted from the table and changed back into my clothes and gave the woman a piece of my mind! TAKING PICTURES of people while they are being massaged is a gross Invasion of privacy!! I was very upset and told the woman we'd be leaving immediately, to which she apologised and showed me that the guy didn't have pictures on his phone but he could have just as well deleted it while we were changing!
