This bar wins the award for dirtiest in Hanoi. Even Old Quarter beer street bars are cleaner. We were the only customers. Old cigarette butts on the floor inside from previous nights. The tile floor was so greasy, we marked a line with our shoe for darts. Even though we were the only customers, the bartender found other things to do instead of greeting us or asking us if we wanted to drink.
