Mersey Central Hanoi Apart'Hotel — Hotel in Hà Nội

We had a really bad experience with our room. There were ants in our room and the room service gave us a bug spray to use when we do see them. Door knob to the bathroom was broken. The shower head was clogged. Towels have holes in them. Comforter was so worn that you can see right thru it. There were stains on the couch. We had to request another blanket to place over the couch so we can sit on it. There were not many utensils. No paper towels, hand towels nor dish soap. We only had 2 bowls, 2 cups, 2 chopsticks and 1 spoon. We had no way of washing them. Though the staff was nice. They did what they could but it wasn't enough for us since we stayed for 2 wks. I do not recommend this...

Good Location and Adorable Hotel Apartment.

Apartment with Lake View is amazing. The room is 4 parts I will say.

Kitchen is with full equipments and with dining area.

Bedroom is with amazing lake view.

Living room with comfortable sofa. So enjoy lying in sofa and watching TV all day long.

Bathroom is with washing machine. (No provide laundry detergent）

Absolutely love here and will come back again. But, I will remember to bring hair brush and slippers next time 🤪

I had a wonderful experience in this apartment this time in Ha Noi. It’s more a home with modern equipment. I stayed here in a wonderful lake view bedroom with a small living room, a kitchen and bathroom. The rooms were full of sunlight, clean, very comfortable with small balcony where you can sit on chairs to watch the beautiful lake. The receptionist was amazing and helpful. I like the soft sofa in the living room, morden equipment in the kitchen and the washing machine in the bathroom… It has reasonable price. Highly recommend this...
