We visited this restaurant frequently. 2021 was the year that we first spent a visit to Highway 4 restaurant on Kim Ma st. The foods still kept up to high standard. However, yesterday was such a disappointment. The only dish that we actually liked was the fish rolls. Other dishes were less tasty comparing what it used to be. With fierce competition in hospitality business these days, Highway 4’s owner should maintain food quality and this branch needs to be refurbished since it’s been in the market for very long time. I wasnt allowed to go up to the air conditioned second floor being forced to stay in the schorching hot and humid first floor with dirty tables and dishes. The bbq ribs I ordered were so hard like rocks I could barely eat any part of it.
