Disappointing Experience at NINE HOUSING 92 Dao Tan

As a returning guest to NINE HOUSING properties, I was unfortunately very let down by my stay at the 92 Dao Tan location. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've had with the brand. The issues began with the room itself. The bathroom was unacceptably tiny and had a terrible, persistent odor.

This, combined with the presence of multiple bugs in the room, made for an uncomfortable and unsanitary stay. Furthermore, the check-in process was a frustrating ordeal. The security guard spent an excessive amount of time—over 20 minutes—struggling to simply take a photo of my passport, which made for a very poor first impression.

I had hoped for the same quality I'd experienced at other NINE HOUSING locations, but this property simply didn't meet those standards. I would not recommend this...

When we arrived at the apartment, we were shocked to find a large cockroach in the bathroom. We immediately contacted the host, who promised to refund the full accommodation fee. However, we still haven’t received any money back to this day.

Because of the cockroach and the poor hygiene, we had to look for a new place to stay at 2 a.m., which was extremely stressful.

Frankly, I’m not surprised there were cockroaches — even the entrance area of the building was visibly dirty. Overall, the place is far from hygienic, and I absolutely do not recommend...
