Forget the previous reviews it must of changed new management as this is one of the best pho bo you will try in Hanoi...during the week watch people pull up in their Porsche this place is the real deal...having tried Pho thin 13 lo duc, 49 bat dan & the original Ly quoc su in hoan Kiem this place is #1 in Hanoi the staff service and so clean and professionally run...they have a fridge under the counter in the Pho kitchen this place is amazing honestly and you will see why many office staff chose here...

What is this!? Pho for white people?! Where are the spices?!! The broth which is the soul of Pho is so bland, to the point when you add condiments like chilies, vinegar, black peppers, the taste of those condiments will take over completely. It means they don’t use a lot of beef bones to make the broth, nor do they use any necessary spices when making the broth. The meats for Pho also leave no lasting impression.
