My second perfect stay with BABV. Ms Dao, lovely & gracious owner, with her beautiful family take exceptional, genuine care of their guests. Very good English spoken, delightful flip-side is learning how to correctly pronounce Viet words such as 'pho'. This welcoming, new, cozy, quiet property, mere 4 min. stroll to glorious beach & complimentary sun lounger, has relaxing beachey vibe - airy, light & breezy, so very well managed & tended to, safe & secure. Spacious bright rooms & villa are ultra-clean & comfy, daily housekeeping, balcony, strong Wi-Fi, cable tv, mini-fridge, good air-con, beautiful new mattress, very nice bathroom, rain shower head, fruit plate upon check-in & bottled water replenished each day. Terrific a la carte breakfast options, delicious coffee/tea, fresh tropical fruit & juice, all freshly prepared; served at green garden patio setting. Cold beverages sold @ refrigerator next to kitchen; Ms Dao will thoughtfully offer to place a bottled water into freezer to ice for you before a long train/bus journey, who also has lovely pearls & a back room full of cool tropical clothing to check-out! Reliable taxi, tour & onward travel bookings professionally taken care of, at very good rates, bicycles also available. Very highly recommended, will return...
Read moreI was staying with Mrs. Dao the second time now (been there 7 years ago already) and she makes the place really worthwhile. There are different categories available (pictures are just as a sample), all with AC and fan, fridge, large shower, comfy bed. Room will be cleaned daily, AC is working fine. You can hear motorbikes from the street only when they have a broken muffler. As for Mrs. Dao - she is one of the most heartfelt persons I met during my time in Vietnam. Nothing you ask her is too much to do, may it be transfer, renting a motorbike, recommendations, laundry, etc. She is always there and does it with genuine pleasure. Each day she was asking what we want for breakfast (I had Cao Lao one time and Banh Xeo), there is always fresh fruit added and also fresh juices. Be prepared to leave breakfast stuffed. The place is very close to a clean and not overcrowded beach, swimming is very good (my 7 year old liked it a lot). It's not close to the center of Hoi An, however when renting a scooter you can easily travel in the area. So definitely can recommend staying there and if in the area will come...
Read moreThis was our favourite staying during our month in Vietnam. The family are so genuinely kind and helps with suggestions and if you are in need of anything, they are very helpful. For example, helping us to buy local coffee, fix with scooter, rain coats, best tailor for either suit or dress. Everything! 🫶
Homestay: Homemade breakfast was 5/5, fruitplatterns, coffee, mango juice, eggs, vietamese baguette. For my bday she made a beautiful breakfast with alot if fruit. Beds are comfortable and soft, we slept great. Aircon is great, Overall simple, genuine and very clean rooms and bathroom. Location is great, just by the beach and easy to go to Old town either with scooter or bike.
Beach is 5/5, close location and calmer/cosier in comparison to An Bang.
