Hoi An Nguyen Villa — Hotel in Hội An

In this homestay we have found all we needed to enjoy our stay in Hoi An : ||||A beautiful tree and lotus flowers in the middle of a pond with fishes. To observe these flowers is very exciting : the pink ones are open the day time and the blue ones during the night : true and fascinating :) Those flowers and the balcony make us forget the sound of the street nearby. ||||Otherwise you will find free bikes well kept by the owner and amazing banana pancakes or fried noddles with vegetables made from his smiling wife. Even they cannot speak English, the owner and his wife gave us lots of care. It felt like home.||We also loved the area, close to the rice fields and a typical local market with our favorite stands for sweet potatoes and fruit juices way better than all the junk food we have in Western countries. ||||Also, a huge range of fancy restaurants accessible from walking distance like the Young Rice : cross the street and ask for shrimp and pomelo salad you won’t regret ! Or walk 5 minutes in direction of the sea on the same side of the road than the homestay and find the Son Hoi An place, start with a lemon juice made with lemongrass (just unforgettable) and order a Banh Beo … And you will certainly say like us : Vietnamese food is delicious.||For a lower budget, our daily HQ with those recognisable little tables in iron was on the left side of the road when you go towards the sea and serves noodle soup with beef or one of the "must try" in Hoi An : the Cao Lau. ||You will also find in the local market near the traffic light amazing street food like Banh Bao or the typical sandwich from Hoi An : Banh Mi Phuong. ||||To go in the old town only 10 minutes of biking will be necessary which is a good thing : to have a rest to return after the intense shopping experience and amazing walks in the beautiful streets of Hoi An at sunset time. ||||So yes, we recommend this homestay ! ||And yes we definitely loved...

The home was lovely and very well looked after.|We stayed in a double room with balcony which was lovely and spacious with a large bathroom and bath.|The best thing for us was the powerful air conditioning! It was bliss walking into the room and actually feeling cold after a long day in the heat of Hoi An!|The owners were very friendly and offered us help with booking trips/ taxis etc.|Breakfast was also very good value offering fresh fruit as an additional bonus!|The only negatives we have from this place is that it is a bit of a journey into town, requiring us to use the (free) bikes provided - it took approx 15min riding at a fast(ish) pace (I wouldn't recommend the ride for families as it is along a busy and very chaotic main road - I was very nervous myself especially crossing junctions).|Another thing that let this place down for us was the very firm bed and pillows - as personal preference I much prefer a soft mattress due to bad back. Останавливались в этом семейном отеле на 5 ночей. Выбор был основан на местоположении (почти посередине между старым городом и морем, но чуть ближе к пляжу), невысокой цене и фантастическом рейтинге по отзывам. ||Полностью согласна со всеми добрыми словами в адрес семьи. Особенная благодарность молодой девушке,говорящей с гостями на английском языке, на которой, по-моему, все и держится. Ухоженный зеленый дворик. Действительно удобное расположение: около 10 мин на бесплатных велосипедах до моря, и минут 30-40 вечером пешком до центра, обратно можно на такси. Рядом есть приятные для ужина места. Нам очень понравился ресторан "Красный дракон", на улице Куа Дай 332, уютно, вкусно, разумные цены. На пляже порадовал ресторанчик у мамы Ли, со свежайшими и недорогими морепродуктами, бесплатной парковкой и лежаками. || В отеле очень порадовали просторный номер на 2 этаже с балконом, современные кондиционер и телевизор с русским каналом. Завтрак по меню, большие порции, вкусно приготовлено, плюс фрукты.||Но не могу не отметить моментов, которые испортили мое впечатление об этом гостеприимном месте.||Мы заказывали 2 местный номер на 2 этаже на Букинге за полтора месяца, но в первую ночь нас поселили в 3 местный номер на 1 этаже с окном на внутреннюю лестницу. На следующий день пришлось переселяться, собранные вещи перенесли без нас хозяева. Номер был как на фото, с широкой кроватью и огромным балконом, выходящим на дорогу. Для кого это также важно, как и для меня: кровать очень жесткая! и ни поролон сверху матраса, ни 2 данных мне пледа ситуацию не исправили. Плюс шум с улицы: мы просыпались около пяти утра без будильника.||Завтрак был заявлен по меню, и с 7 часов. Можно выбрать только 1 напиток (кофе, чай или сок), и 1 блюдо (суп фо, рис, яйца, блинчики, noodles). Очень понравился Quang Noodles, но на следующее утро приготовить его отказались - не было каких-то ингредиентов.||Полотенца каждый день не менялись (как написано в одном из отзывов), может быть, это и не обязательно. А вот ножное полотенце на полу, когда-то белое, было застиранным и с такими страшными пятнами, что вставать на него не хотелось. Можете посмотреть сами, прилагаю фото. А использованная расческа с чужими волосами и грязью, оставленная нам как новая - это вообще без комментариев.||Путешествую много, никогда не ищу "грязь в углах". Но промолчать не смогла. Решать вам.
