Pho Dung in Hoi An is a local pho spot in the suburbs, run by a charming couple. One cooks while the other does the dishes—how sweet! The chef even came over to help and teach us how to stir the cao lau, and they gave us their special chili sauce. The environment is very local, family-run, and clean.
