Introduction: With my wife we booked each time the hotels at the last minute. Why? Because we are not so well organized…. Then Sometimes we are unlucky, this time we are very lucky to discover Hoi A Rustic Village.
The room: Our room (number 09) was really nice, really clean. The bed was so big. The air conditioning works very well. We had a lovely balcony even if we never used it. We had a mini fridge for our soft drinks.
The breakfast: The breakfast was great. A mix between discovering a new different Vietnam plate each morning following by some bread and jams for our European tastes and ending by fresh fruit and a delicious banana pancake (I need to find the recipe when I come back). Each morning we received also coffee and fresh fruit juice.
The staff They were wonderful, they remember the kind of coffee we prefer. Each morning they come to us in order to help and advise us with activities and restaurants. They booked for us a cooking class when the weather was not terrific once : it was great. They booked for us the taxi to return to Danang. The adviced restaurant “White Rose” was delicious.
The location To be clear, you will be not into HoiAn city, you will be just a few kilometres away. 10 minutes with taxi or like us 15 minutes with bicycles.
The bicycles There are enough bicycles for all the customers. These ones are maintained. Indeed I advice you to always confirm that by checking by yourself the brakes. Note that the bicycles do not have speed system. No need, there is no relief in the region of HoiAn.
Swimming pool : We really appreciated the swimming pool in order to chill even if we already checked out our room. The owner keeps your luggage and invite us to take a shower after the swimming pool. So kindly.
Conclusion: Our holidays into HoiAn was a blast thanks to HoiAn Rustic village. We know where to stay now if we are the opportunity to come back in Vietnam and HoiAn.
Note: Lotus Zen Spa by walking just one minute is really excellent and priceless also if you search...
Read moreThe Rustic villa Hoi An provided a truly exceptional and memorable stay. From the moment I entered, the hotel exuded a charming, authentic Vietnamese atmosphere, perfectly blending rustic elegance with modern comforts. The rooms were a highlight, spacious and thoughtfully designed. Each room was a haven of relaxation, featuring a luxurious, oversized bed, a welcome retreat after exploring the vibrant streets of Hoi An. The inclusion of a bathtub was a delightful touch, allowing for a soothing soak. Modern amenities like a television and kettle ensured convenience, while maintaining the room's overall tranquil ambiance. However, the breakfast experience truly set this hotel apart. Rather than a simple buffet, we were treated to a multi-course culinary journey. Each morning brought a delightful array of Vietnamese delicacies, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The attention to detail and the variety of flavors were simply outstanding, providing a perfect start to each day. Beyond the excellent accommodations and dining, the hotel's atmosphere was one of genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any request. The hotel's location provided a peaceful escape, while still being conveniently accessible to Hoi An's attractions. Read moreIf you're coming to Hoi An, this is THE PLACE! We were received by the host with a welcome dring and fruit. The conversation started immediately such was the emphaty.
The rooms are amazing, spacious, clean and very well taken care of. The all place was designed by the owner, including the furniture. And he really did a great job considering the comfort offered. I've spend a few nights in $400/night resorts from North America to Argentina, Colombia, South Africa that would be ashamed by the offer here.
I've read some comments about this homestay before I book it, regarding the distance to the Ancient city of Hoi An. Trust me, it is easily doable by the free bicycles at disposal, taking no mora than 10 minutes to it the Japanese Bridge. In the afternoon, after one of tje tours, we went and explore the beach by bike. The Rustic Homestay is 10 minutes from the beach, riding easy. It the grandpa that takes care of the bikes and they are in top class condition.
The food was also very good. We took breakfast, that was very complete and we were invited by the host to join his family for dinner. You don't get this level os kindness and hospitality anywhere else.
The staff were very helpful regarding the booking of tours, bus tickets to Hue, and even the night bus from Hue to Hanoi. They did absolutely everything!
So, when you see a 10/10 points in Booking, you can't go wrong. Look...
