As a family of four visiting from Hanoi, we only had one night to spend at Mayci Boutique Hoi An this June before heading to Da Nang — but what a memorable experience it was.

From the moment we arrived, we felt wrapped in a sense of peace and authenticity. The hotel’s setting amidst rice fields immediately gave us that breath of fresh air we had been longing for. The entire atmosphere was quiet, fresh, and beautifully serene — a rare find.

We were lucky to join a Jeep tour offered by the hotel, which took us through vibrant green rice fields filled with the scent of growing grains. One stop that left a lasting impression was a small village known for collecting and repurposing driftwood from past floods. Another highlight was enjoying delicious drinks right in the middle of the rice fields. Surrounded by nothing but green and breeze, it was an unforgettable moment of pure relaxation. Back at the hotel, we had a chance to swim in the crystal-clear, well-maintained pool — such a treat for the kids.

The hotel generously upgraded us to a Family Room, which was spacious and very comfortable. That evening, we were treated to a truly wonderful BBQ dinner by the natural lake on the property. The cool breeze, delicious food, and tranquil setting made it a magical family dinner.

Getting around was easy — I rented a motorbike from the hotel, which allowed us the freedom to explore nearby spots. It took only about 10 minutes to ride to the Ancient Town of Hoi An. The convenience was perfect for a short stay like ours.

Above all, I want to highlight the staffs Nam, Trinh. Every single team member was warm, kind, and eager to help. Their care made our stay feel very personal and heartfelt.

Although our visit was short, Mayci Boutique gave us a precious slice of Hoi An’s charm and peaceful countryside. We left with smiles, good memories, and a promise to return one day for a longer stay.

A brand new, boutique hotel tucked in nature tastefully decorated in the Vietnamese traditional style. The road outside the hotel leads to a vibrant rice field, it is such a nice area to bike around. This hotel has exceptional service where the warmth and kindness of every single person who works here will provide an incredible, unique and authentic experience. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable with a beautiful and refreshing pool.

This is the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of touristic Hoi An while still being in easy reach of everything you need to see and do during your stay. They provide free bicycles and helped us to organize all the things we wanted to do around Hoi An. They even asked us what we wanted for breakfast and personalized it for us every morning with delicious fresh fruit. The manager gave us beautiful insights into the culture, offering us the local teas and herbs used for sleep and showing us how to prepare the traditional Phin Coffee, she also recommended the most incredible massage place, Lotus Zen Spa, which was one of the best experiences we had.

This is truly a must stay if you want a taste of the quintessential flavor of Vietnam, a trip is never only about what you see but also about the people you meet along the way, those moments are what really make the experience magical and this hotel gives you the best of both worlds.

This is the Mayci Palmview Boutique Hotel, a pretty lovely hotel surrounded by lush greenery✨. With a nature-loving soul like me, I fell in love with Mayci right at first sight💘. About location: Mayci is quite close to the centre, convenient to move to the old town or if you want to experience cycling, the hotel has a bicycle available for you. About space: The Mayci campus is spacious, with a lot of trees, so the atmosphere is very fresh and comfortable. The reception hall is designed in a traditional three-room house style, making it feel cozy and warm. (This angle on the picture is so beautiful.) The majority of the accommodation types offer a pleasant balcony. Mayci's bed is incredibly comfortable, and I slept very comfortably. Mayci utilizes the majority of environmentally friendly items, which is a huge advantage. About service: The staff are super attentive and enthusiastic, very hospitable, guiding us to many interesting places to play in Hoi An. About other utilities: The hotel also serves breakfast with central region dishes such as beef noodles, Quang noodles,...
