During my stay at the nearby Senvila hotel, I came across this hidden gem of a restaurant. Let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations and delivered one of the most unforgettable dining experiences I've had in Vietnam. The moment I walked through the door, I was warmly greeted by Đạt (owner), who also happens to be the incredibly talented chef behind the exceptional food.
The food at this restaurant is simply divine. In fact, I was so blown away by the first meal that I couldn't resist returning the next night to indulge in more. I tried the deep fried sea food spring rolls and seafood rice, and I enjoyed both. I also had the coconut coffee which was delicious and refreshing. Moreover, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the delightful ambiance further enhanced my visit.
What truly sets this place apart is the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Đạt. He took the time to personally greet and chat with me, making me feel like an honored friend.
If you find yourself in Hoi An, I wholeheartedly recommend giving 'Red Circle Restaurant' a visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. The exceptional food, warm hospitality, and charming atmosphere make it an...
Read moreThird time we've come back. Food is really good, including the fried spring rolls. For those not wanting traditional Vietnamese food, there are some Indian and western options including a spaghetti carbonara which is very nice. Today I had the chicken and lemongrass... lots of veg and rice, so a good all round meal and it was DELICIOUS. Service is friendly, prices good, cleanliness good. Finding it hard to go elsewhere now. Edit. Came back for dinner tonight, had the Vietnamese pancake. I've been in Vietnam two weeks, the best meal I've eaten. This one is not served with the fiddly, frustrating water bath, but a finer rice paper that doesn't need soaking. Only sorry we're going home soon or I'd keep coming back and work my way...
Read moreWe absolutely loved this place from the moment we sat down. Adorned with lanterns and local kids playing in the street, it was a peaceful place to sit outside and enjoy a delicious dinner. I strongly recommend the Banana Flower Salad to anyone looking for a flavourful crunchy dish, jam packed with herbs, peanuts and tender Beef. We had the best cold rolls we’ve had in Vietnam so far, the Cau Lao which is a famous local noodle dish full of flavour, the BBQ Chicken Thigh with a moorish Garlic Fried Rice as well as the Banana Flower Salad. Every dish was as good, if not better than the next. They also do beautifully fresh juices which went down a treat. We had an amazing time. What a beautiful restaurant owned by warm and...
