We had an extended stay here during Tet holiday and Ithink it was the right thing to do. The host and their family are really great and tried to help us with most anything we asked. My only significant complaint was that there was never enough hot water for 2 people. Even for 1 person, you need to be quick. But everything was clean. Breakfasts were adequate, although more variety options would be nice. We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was nice and quiet, could have been cleaned a bit better though (especially the AC). The breakfast was great, I can recommend the Quang noodles! We had free use of bicycles to cycle the ~5km into Hoi An old city. The owner was very helpful and responsive, a little too much at times.
