Mi casa restaurant hoi an — Restaurant in Hội An

I am new to Vietnam & Vietnamese food though for the last two weeks I have been trying new foods that as a typical Aussie I would never have tried i.e jelly fish salad, fish noodle soup for breakfast, Bo nuong la lot and even bbq frog. I have not eaten anything yet that I do not like. Mi Casa though, has been on a whole other level for me. My friends and I have eaten there for the last two nights, where they have served me the BEST fried spring roles anywhere in the world and all dishes we have tried have been superb. I will be recommending to all of my Aussie friends to make the effort to experience this restaurant at least once in their journey.

Apart from the restaurant, Mi Casa is a family owned business offering Mini Mart, bottle shop, laundry service, motorbike hire and GRAB (taxi) ALL at dirt cheap prices.

They truly are one of the loveliest families you will ever encounter.

Can not recommend more highly. Easily worth seven stars 🥰

Over the years I've found Micasa restaurant to be consistently good, super clean, comfortable, and delicious.

Last night was no exception!!!

We started with the Banana Flower Salad (Goi Hoa Chuoi). Delicate Vietnamese flavors, light and refreshing.

The second course was Fried Shrimp with fresh garlic. A local delicacy... Great balance and tasty! Always been one of my favorites!!

Our main course was a hearty Stewed beef; slow cooked and seasoned just right (Bo Kho Que). This is one of those dishes that gives you the best of Hoi An AND home. It's comfort food for both westerners and Vietnamese. Can't go wrong if you love stewed beef!!. A time-honored tradition.

Ms Chung and her husband do a fantastic job making sure all guests feel welcomed and appreciated, and they're dedicated to delivering great foods at a value!!! It's why we keep going back! Try it

Just been to this restaurant as rated top class on here. We ordered and waited an hour for our food. Fried rice was tasteless and very stodgy 😤. Spring rolls came after main meal was served The bill was the most expensive we gave paid so far during our 2 week stay and can honestly say it was the worst meal I have had. I don’t usually write reviews but felt this one was needed I won’t return Firstly what has it got to do whether I am staying at a hostel or not. I can tell you that you make assumptions and I am not staying at a hostel ????
