We got a transfer from our hotel on the advice that there was a pool and it wouldn't be as busy as the hotel pool, we got there no welcome, found the pool was even busier and so was the beach, we eventually found two beds with covers on the beach. Later we moved to the grassy area. Ordered two beers and was told bluntly - "you pay now!" Not the kind of service we have been used too. Also later in the pool asked one of the staff members if we could have another beer to enjoy in the pool on the stools, again - "you pay now!" (While we are in the pool, no money) we were told as soon as we are out to pay! This is supposed to be the hotels private beach club we couldn't understand why we couldnt have a tab... especially when other tables and families seemed to be allowed! This Function Venue had everything going for it: huge investment; world class location; well kitted out facilities, and a decent 20m pool(80,000 vnd). Alas, the Covid pandemic was just too much of a kick in the gonads for it to recover from.

2025: Service is dire. There is no poolside management of resources - loungers, towels, hospitality. Some days it opens at the published time, more often than not - it's a crapshoot. They also have a SCUBA school operating daily iin the smallish pool - a recipe for disaster.

If you want a pool to relax and swim in while you beat the Hoi An heat. This is the place. The pool is large and right by the beach.

Price is 109k for pool access including a 1 drink.

Service is non existent. You must go to the bar and purchase drinks and food and pay upfront unless you're a guest.

Drinks and food are resort prices, so 50k for a beer.

With better management and better marketing this place could be fantastic.
