MUST TRY!! My fav restaurant in Vietnam!! My husband and I tried this restaurant on our first night in Hoi An, and it was that good that we basically ate there every day. The owner Linh, and her husband are both incredible chefs, in fact it is also a cooking school and chefs from all over the world come to cook with Linh. Would highly recommend the mango salad, grilled fish in banana leaf, eggplant in clay pot, spring rolls - but anything that you try will be delicious to be honest, and don't forget the cocktails, these again were some of the best we had in Vietnam (especially the Mojito, which got a big tick of approval from my husband who is a cuban cocktail bar tender). The other restaurants on the same strip may try to coerce you with cheaper prices & specials, but hands down this is the restaurant you need to try! The owner, Linh, speaks great English too. Oh and the cooking school was one of the best activities I did, would...
Read moreMy husband and I ate here three times during our stay at the Palm Garden resort. The food was sensational. On two occasions we had the best Vietamese spring rolls ever. We also had caramelised pork belly, chicken skewers with a tasty satay sauce and chicken with cashew nuts. The food was fresh, authentic and delicious.
Happy hour was 4-8pm and included selected spirits, cocktails and local beers. I had the mojito with fresh mint on a number occasions. A Singapore Sling was also enjoyed.
Lyn is a very attentive host. It's a family run restaurant including her husband, daughter, son and sister.
The restaurant is extremely clean with effective fans keeping the premises cool.
Lyn also runs a cooking class. We were so impressed with her meals that if we had more time in Hoi An, we would have definitely...
Read moreWe had some of the best food in Vietnam in this lovely family-run restaurant. We were staying close to An Bang beach but it was just 25,000 VND to get a Grab taxi there and we actually walked back. 241 on beer, cocktails and spirits and mixers. The owner even made a bespoke passionfruit mojito mocktail for my daughter who had been looking for one all holiday. Dishes all cooked to personal taste in terms of how much chilli was added, which the men particularly appreciated. Pineapple rice and crispy pork belly in chilli, garlic and fish sauce were a major hit but so were the satay chicken and chicken with cashew nuts. Thoroughly recommend if you're staying in Cua Dai, Cam An or anywhere...
