The location is superb, just literally below is a good coffee shop with a lot of food stall, in front is TP Bank with ATM, in your right is Ben Than Market, in your left is Saigon Square just a few walks away. The hostel is good for only 1 person and the No-Staff system is ok for me as an introvert backpacker. The bathroom is ok with all amenities free (shampoo, tissue, hair dryer, body wash, warm water shower).
Few points to improve and observed: No chair inside the room No free drinking water station for coffee or tea No trash bin inside the room No signage where the bathroom is located in the 1st floor The main door in the first floor is unsecured, should be close all the time and can only be entered by guest with Key Card since when you enter the elevator the rooms are just in front of you so not safe since the elevator can be used by anybody below the coffee shop.
Overall ok for me and will stay here again, so hope the main door will be adjusted to a secured one...
Read moreThe hostel is so much fit for the minimalisms since the room has everything we need - comfortable bed, one table, one mirror, one blanket, tower and slipper. With the price of the room, it is more than enough. I am happy to book this hotel and love the location nearby. The most is having the cafe in downside with smoking availabilty and tasting drinks. Also can find the nearby restaurants and mini-marts. The hostel is in the city center area and can walk some other popular cafe just in some minutes. Most favourite thing is self-check in and we do not wait so much time in reception for giving the passport and filling so many forms. also same for checking out. Sharing bath-rooms are also okay since more than three shower rooms can be avoided for time-saving within many people. Room has privacy and safe for the girl-solo traveller. I am sure I will come and stay again as solo traveller...
Read moreTerrible Experience — Poor Management Despite New Hotel Very disappointing stay. The room was never cleaned properly — the floor was not wiped, and there was even a used toothpick left behind from a previous guest. The toilet had a bad smell throughout my stay. When I checked in, there were no bath towels available; the staff said they had “run out of clean towels” and asked me to wait.
Although the hotel is new, it is very poorly managed. There don’t seem to be enough cleaners, and communication is terrible — no one replied to my messages through the booking chat. I definitely would not recommend this hotel, and I’ve lost trust...
