Half Coffee N Dorm — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

The owner(Coco) was very kind. The dog&cats were so adorable!!!!I like my female only dorm room because there are only 4 beds. The bed was comfortable. The en suite bathroom is great! The room also has a large window with vines hanging around the window, it’s charming and good natural light into the room!The location, I think it’s great coz it’s away from the busy streets so no honking noises from motorbikes and cars. Since Grab motorbike taxi is so cheap, I prefer to stay where it’s quiet and get Grab to go to places so quick and cheap!Breakfast is boiled eggs, toast&jam, cereal.Homemade fresh coffee for 50,000 VND ($2) is also terrific! The owner loves making coffee so buy coffee when she’s there so you can enjoy watching her make the coffee with love&care!I’ll definitely come back here again !Thank you very much for your lovely place...

My partner and I stayed here on our first stop travelling from Australia in the private room. This accom is beautifully decorated with a lovely coffee shop below with yummy coffee & drinks. The free breakfast provided was simple with bananas, toast with condiments & granola. The private room itself was on the first floor & was very small but all we needed. We enjoyed the large window overlooking the alley watching locals go by. The big TV was awesome when we needed downtime. Bathroom was the same, small but all you needed (a bathmat and extra sets of towels would be better though) All in all, simple but clean accom that’s only a short car ride away from the city centre and main attractions 💛💛 We also loved the animals which hung out in the common areas....

I 100% would recommend staying here. I was here in June. It’s located on a quiet neighbourhood in Binh Thanh, and you can easily get a Grab bike to and fro. Nice and responsive staff, even gave me food recommendation. Stayed in the private room with a window (nice natural lighting). Clean and comfortable beds and toilet. Nice bars within few min walk, street food, pharmacy, convenience store nearby. Bonus: There are 2 resident cats and one dog which was lovely. 🐶🐱My only constructive feedback is that the floors and shelves were a little dusty when I was there, and the aircon started leaking the second night I was there which can be a little distracting.
