I really love this apartment I’m living at. It’s a perfect central location to all the sort after amenities and shops/restaurants. The landlord is very friendly, kind and helpful. Great communication, easy to contact and always available to meet your needs. When I’m not home they even help collect my packages. Cleaning is twice a week and that really saves a lot of time cleaning the place after a hard day at work. I really like going home to a clean apartment. Security is great too. It’s very secure here. No one can get in and out without security pass and they use app to open and close the garage door. It’s high tech and modern. Inside the apartment is very stylish and has all the facilities required to live a comfy life. The room has modern furniture with a large kitchen and a decent balcony. Bathroom is clean and decent size. There is also an elevator for convenience, and everything is very clean and tidy. The landlords are amazing. The place is super safe. We always have water on hand to replace bottles. It's a serviced apartment and the cleaner does a phenomenal job. The layout is well throughout. Plenty of shelf and cupboard space. The counters are low but the sink tap can be adjusted so you don't have to bend over too much. All light switches are above the bed. The shower is filtered, The hot water is quick switch and heats up quickly. Only thing that's off for me is the small balcony with the door opening out to the balcony and no cutlery or crockery...
