The team—especially Nuong—was friendly, supportive, and genuinely kind. I honestly couldn’t complain.

Although I was initially confused about the airport transfer service, they communicated clearly and promptly via Zalo to sort it out.

I arrived earlier than expected, and while most places would charge extra for that, they kindly let me check in without additional fees due to the misunderstanding.

The room was clean, exactly as described and shown in the pictures. I rented a motorbike and was able to park it safely in the basement, which gave me peace of mind.

To top it all off, they kindly stored my luggage after checkout since my flight was in the evening.

TV was broken so changed the room.I found cup noodle opened,(guess last customer ate one)so i trashed. when i was about to checked out,reception lady said "pay us for the noodle and water&tea you drunk" EVEN i ate nothing.also condom on the floor. The hotel notified us more than a month after our reservation, that they forgot to close the room for renovation on agooda. I think this is very unserious on the part of the hotel. I don't have to give them explanations about how many people are going to sleep there, or change us to a smaller room, since for some reason we reserved the family room according to the terms and conditions...
