SIGNATURE By The Coffee House — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Went for afternoon coffee and dessert on a Sunday. Lots of customers, but they did have some more tables available inside. They also have outdoor seating, but it was too hot outside and no fans available.

Staff are welcoming and accomodating to our orders and needs. Very professional, however when they give you the menu, they just stay there waiting for your order right away. Either way, you could ask them to just come back later if needed. English speaking staff, so communication was not a problem.

We ordered the following: Roasted oolong with coconut ice cream - Oolong milk tea (I think?), served with ice, has some soft coconut jelly, topped with coconut ice cream, and bits of what I think is caramelized sugar. Just the right amount of sweetness, good tasting coconut ice cream. Refreshing, would recommend.

Iced cappuccino with their Nut Cracker style flavor - has roasted almond, toasted macadamia, milk chocolate, raisin. It was good, would also recommend.

Chocolate brownie, has cashew nuts in it. More of the chocolatey soft kind of brownie. It was also alright.

The place has a chill, relaxing vibe. Most of the customers come to have coffee, eat, chat, relax, or study. Lots of tables available inside or outside. Their staff are very attentive and attend to your every need. They even give free service water without asking. Prices include 10% vat, but surprisingly no service charge. The prices are affordable for such an establishment and even with their level of service.

They also serve quite a number of food items, including breakfast, brunch, bread, and cakes. We might try that nextime. Definitely a good...

The cafe has a spacious and impressively decorated interior, creating a comfortable atmosphere for customers. The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, always ready to assist the customers.

What I found most impressive was the diverse and creative beverage menu. In addition to traditional coffee options, the cafe offers a variety of coffee-based cocktails and sodas, resulting in unique and delightful flavor combinations.

Alongside the drinks, the food menu is also quite extensive and appealing. I tried several light dishes such as salads, sandwiches, and appetizers, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented.

In summary, this is a quite impressive cafe with a bright, airy space, welcoming staff, convenient parking, and a diverse menu of creative coffee drinks and tasty food offerings. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and will certainly return again...

what we loved: very well decorated space with very comfortable environment. lively vibes and welcoming staff. coffee beans brewing at work. coffee is fresher than other chained business.

What needs to be improved: food is alright, not special. Especially dessert definitely from centralized kitchen. over priced food accordingly. staff at counter was clearly new that swiped my card for 3 times before succeeded, with the help from 2 other staff.
