Paris Baguette Crescent Mall — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I am a foreigner here in Vietnam. I went to Paris baguette with my Vietnamese friend. We each got a coffee and a sandwich. No issues. Then I went with my girlfriend the next day (also a foreigner) and they told me I need to get more items and that there was a minimum purchase price. We had 2 sandwiches, 2 donuts, and wanted 2 coffees. And they still told me I needed to spend 150k more in order to buy these items. It is clear that they try and scam foreigners and try to take advantage. I find it extremely disheartening that they would try and do this. The cashier's were laughing talking to each other probably planning out how they were going to scam me. Don't go here. The place next door was much better. Breads and cakes are average, drinks as well. The atmosphere was not comfortable, and the staff looked somewhat confused and very awkward in the store (those with uniforms and those without). I came in on the opening week (not the 1st day tho), spent around 500k on drink, breads, short cakes. I was totally misled by all the deals and promotion programs and so as the staff, just 1 staff could explain and the rest somehow got an attitude when questions were being asked. We've order a cappuccino and an Americano... nothing to cook or to prepare just 2 coffees!!! It took the staff 20 min to prepare... and when we get to collect our coffees well it was not a cappuccino but a latte...
