I chose this hotel as it is relatively close to the airport for the night before my flight, which turned out to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed. I've been to Vietnam three times, all hotel chosen are fine, except for this one. I came to this hotel around 10 pm, changing from my hotel downtown. I went to bed around 12, shortly, I started to feel itchy and saw reddish on my skin that are exposed as my pajamas were sleeves. I couldn't sleep after trying for 1-2 hours. So I took another shower and changed to my jeans and long shirt. I went to the stuff and asked for new beddings at two AM, I was given one after I insisted twice, but then I had to change it myself, my very first self service hotel bedding changing experience and I only used the duvet cover not the dirty duvet for covering. It worked, the itching was getting better after all these changes at three AM. However, the room that they gave me was on the ground floor. G02 to be precise, the ring bells and coughing noises from the stuff never stopped until almost 2 AM, so I finally got some sleep from 4 AM after all that, the mobile of the night stuff rang from 5 AM. It was loud and lasted for minutes without anyone doing anything, so I was waken again. I had to go to the lobby again to ask the stuff to silent the phone. But it didn't work, the phone rang many times after that. I stayed at Sheraton and Le méridien before I moved to this hotel, I did not expect five star service here, no. But a quiet and clean room is the very least a hotel could provide. It was a huge mistake that I chose here. I contacted Agoda at 5 AM when I was awaken by the noises again and requested a response from the hotel to address the issues. One week later, Agoda informed me that this hotel refused to provide any solution. So whatever they wrote below is simply a joke.
AVOID this hotel, by all means, you'll...
Read moreI recently stayed at "M Village Living Hoang Van Thu" in Ho Chi Minh City, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel’s location is a major highlight—conveniently situated just 20 minutes from the airport and close to central districts, it’s perfect for travelers. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with a calming beige palette and classic touches. I loved the comfy beds and the mini kitchen, which made my stay feel like home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. While it’s slightly removed from tourist hotspots, the nearby cafes and restaurants more than make up for it. The free laundry service was a pleasant surprise, and the peaceful ambiance was a welcome escape from the city’s bustle. I’d highly recommend M Village Living Hoang Van Thu to anyone seeking a tranquil, modern retreat with easy city access—it’s a gem worth...
Read moreI have stayed at many M Village branches in Ho Chi Minh City, and today, since I had work near the airport, I decided to book a room at M Village Hoang Van Thu. Of course, I had a truly wonderful stay as always. The staff were not only attentive and helpful whenever I needed support but also genuinely kind, which made me feel very welcome and comfortable, almost like being at home. My room was spotless, neatly arranged, and came with a beautiful view that I enjoyed while I was staying there. The laundry facilities were especially convenient and thoughtful, perfect for families or guests staying more than a couple of nights. I also loved the bright, modern design and the well-kept common areas, which created such a relaxing atmosphere. Small touches like the pool table area made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel left a lasting impression on me, and I would gladly return...
