The hotel was NOTHING as it was described online. Not only was this place dark & dirty, it was extremely unsafe. The locks in the rooms did not work and anyone could have easily jumped the balcony and robbed us. We told the staff about this, and they originally didn’t want to help us. They requested I send them a video that the door didn’t lock, which didn’t even make sense because once I send the video and it doesn’t, then what? They would have to come to try and fix it. They then suggest for us to move to a different room but the locks were electric tape!!!! Like excuse me?! Absolutely not!! First of all, why is it taped? Secondly, if I didn’t feel safe with a door not being able to lock, why would electrical taped locks make it any better? Never recommend this place to anyone you love, heck I wouldn’t even recommend it to someone I dislike! Only suggest this place if the only thing you’re brining is ONE backpack and will be taking your stuff with you...

Excellent apartments, fabulous location, modern, clean and comfortable! District 1 close to all great places to visit - war museum, Opera House, river, Ben Thanh Markets, restaurants, bars etc (but tucked away on a lovely quiet street!). Great staff, very helpful at all hours of the day and night. Air-con was super - much needed in hot weather! Cute little balcony overlooking a pretty street. Wifi was great - TV with access to YouTube & Netflix. Lovely powerful and hot shower in a very modern and clean bathroom. We absolutely loved our stay here and excellent value for money! Would definitely recommend...

I had a great stay at Mersey. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big window that let in plenty of natural light, something that’s surprisingly hard to find in Saigon. The building also has an elevator, which is a big plus. Location-wise, it’s very convenient and close to many spots.
