The room is big so you have enough air in it. The AC was not too cold and that was perfect. The family is cleaning the place all the time so it is really clean. The beds have a curtain which is nice for some privacy.||There is plenty of food and cafes round the place and it is close to the center. I like the real Vietnamese neighborhood...
