Warm Ways 3 Apartments — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Staff takes days to reply or does not reply to text. Problems with rooms, takes weeks or days to get addressed. Items from rooms get stolen. Only stayed due to low rent. I was told by a local 10.5 VND is too much it should be 7 VND a month.

Laundry gets stolen, they use the laundry area as a place for trash and storage. Not a good place. Moved in found condom wrapper.

Homeless dogs sleep in the lobby and pees on the floor it smells bad. Washes and refrigerators that are broken. It’s used as a dumping ground.

Door mats soaked in dog urine soaked are left up to dry and not washed.

Update the toilet has been like this for close to a week. The owner and staff come in flush the toilet. They know it makes the waiter go to the top. And the odor just gets worse. They text and say sorry the plumber will come tomorrow. It’s July 22, 2025. They said two days ago a plumber would come.

The room quiet big and complete. But smells of smoke because all the guests allow to smoke in the room. Staff very helpfull. the bed has bugs and mosquitoes. Little bit noisy at night because the staff turn on the music so loud until...

일단 절대가지 마세요 쓰레기 숙소 입니다. 후런트에 아무도 없고 전화도 30분동안 안받고 겨우 객실올라갔더니 바닥은 냉장고 녹인다고 열어놔서 물바다여서 객실교채 요청했는데 확인하고 온다더만 선풍기하나없는 로비에서 20분기다리니 물청소 다했다고 그방다시 가라네요 열받아서 카드결제 취소요청하니 그때서야 돈더 안받고 큰방준다해서 싫타고 취소 해달라고 하니 절대 돈 취소 못해준다고 합니다. 실랑이하다 이딴숙소 짜증나서 돈 없는샘치고 다른숙소 5천원 더주고 오니 너무 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 더럽고 위생안좋고 방음 안되는 이런숙소 가지마세요 후회합니다 단지 냉장고 물세는것이 문제가 아닙니다. 숙소 위생 직원들태도 숙소 업그래이드? 취소해달라고 하니 그때서야. 전화해서 물어보고 방옴겨준다고? 환불은 절대 안된다고? 취소요청 전까지 돈더내고 딴방가던가 아니면 이방 써야 한다고 했으면서 취소한다니까 업그래이드? 이건 아니저.... 이런 숙소는 절대 사용해서는 안됩니다! 숙소비 1박 포기하고 옆숙소가니 훨신 편하고 친절하고 깨끗합니다. 이런숙소 절대가지마세요. 후회합니다.
