service was perfunctory as expected helped with luggage in and out . room was ok for price with balcony, ok bath, bed wardrobe. was expecting frig. "my fault" it was not listed. however listed was restaurant, shared kitchen, breakfast. there is "no" kitchen on premise so no restaurant and "ha ha " no share for guest. kettle also not possible although advertised. when hotels deceive prospective guest i have no faith or trust in them and will not stay there. very small street "filled" with mini hotels, most guests seem to be "asian" only a few "westerners". stayed...

We only stayed one night and the women who worked there were nice but always sleeping! Haha didn’t want to wake them if i needed something. But it was a simple and enjoyable night. We booked a bus ticket to Ninh Binh through them but (trekking bus) Omg! Terrible. Foreigners put in the back( i looked at other reviews at the company and the same thing there). Comrtable place. Good bed, clean room and bathroom, good furniture and well placed sockets for electronic devices. Aircon and fan work perfectly. You can rent a motorbike. Customer service could be kinder. They include breakfast, but they didn't offer and had poor variety. I recommend for good quality/price...
