Was introduced by one of the locals to try out this place. Ambience was a definite 5. Ordered the Fried spring rolls, fried chicken, fish (no idea what fish) and hairy gourd. All was good except for the fish which had tons of bones and rather salty. Will try out other dishes if I'm there again.
Shout out to the young lady in the second photo who had been extremely polite and courteous to customers. Even though she struggled to take our orders in English, she did not shy away from answering our questions. She was literally the only person waiting around every table that night, while always wearing a smile on her face. To the owner of GAO, you have a wonderful staff, please reward her for her enthusiasm and willingness to learn....

We ordered green squash soup and snakehead fish with lemongrass and egg.
Everything was delicious, I was especially a fan of the fish that was very well cooked and extremely tasty.
The service was so sweet, they seated us right by the pond in a very cute place, kept pouring us more tea when they noticed we really enjoyed it. Then when they noticed we were bothered by someone smoking they offered to move our table.
Truly above and beyond.
The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food...
