A Perfect Homestay Experience in Sa Pa, Vietnam
We recently stayed at a charming homestay in Sa Pa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning mountain views that surrounded the property. The scenery alone was worth the stay, but it was the warmth and hospitality of the owners that truly made our visit special.
The rooms were spotless, modern, and comfortable, blending the comforts of home with a unique local touch. It was clear that a lot of care and thought had gone into making the space both functional and aesthetically pleasing. We woke up each morning to breathtaking views right from our window, feeling refreshed and ready to explore.
What set this homestay apart, however, was the kindness and generosity of the owners. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even inviting us to share breakfast and dinner with them several times. The meals were delicious, home-cooked, and filled with local flavors. It felt like we were dining with family. They even let us borrow their motorbikes free of charge.
If you're looking for a place to stay in Sa Pa that offers more than just a room, this homestay is the perfect choice. It combines beautiful scenery, modern comfort, and heartfelt hospitality in a way that makes you never want to leave. Highly...
Read moreIf you are looking for an authentic homestay experience with a lovely local family amid the beautiful nature of Sapa and its surroundings, I can 100% recommend this place! The homestay is brand new, (soon the swimming pool will be finished too) and is located on a hill that's surrounded by paddy fields offering the most amazing views on the mountainous landscape. Yes, it is a ~20km outside from Sapa, but if you want to stay away from the bustling tourist hotspot and spend a few days in peace, it's ideal. And you can rent a scooter from the family or hire a taxi through the hosts to get to the city in no time. The VIP rooms we stayed in were state of the art. Spacious, huge bed, balcony with a stunning view, and the bathroom even features a high-tech toilet with a heated seat!! On top, they have a little zoo with rabbits, birds, guinea pigs, and friendly dogs running around and a common area with a pool table and a bar. The host family is super lovely and prepares amazing local food. They don't speak English, but I'm sure they are improving as more and more people will discover their hidden gem homestay. We had a Vietnamese hotpot and even made our own spring rolls with them. super delicious. All in all, we had a great time and hope to come...
Read moreWe had an amazing 3 nights at O’Chau homestay. Truong, Lam & family were so friendly & kind - they treated us like their family throughout our stay. Our room was upgraded, free of charge, to a beautiful, large room with a stunning view of the mountains and rice fields. The bed was the comfiest we’ve stayed in South East Asia- we slept so well! The family organised a trekking tour for us with a local guide at a good price and they even leant us their welly boots so our trainers didn’t get muddy! Truong even went out to buy some more that were a bigger size for my partner to use! We ate traditional meals with the family in the evening and the food was delicious. They also provided us with beers & soft drinks. The gardens surrounding the homestay are beautiful, there are animals and even a swing. Upon leaving, Lam organised our sleeper bus to Hanoi and Truong drove us to the town to catch our bus. Highly recommend this homestay for a friendly, authentic...
