MT House Sa Pa — Hotel in Muong Hoa Commune

I must say it was an exceptional experience! The lovely staff named 陈娟 went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, every interaction was delightful, made my stay extra memorable.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. However, I noticed that the bathroom facilities could use some upgrading and better maintenance. Some fixtures seemed outdated, and there were minor cleanliness issues that could have been addressed.

Despite this, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the amazing staff and other hotel features. I hope the management considers improving the bathroom facilities, as it would make the stay...

We stayed for 4 nights and could relax well.

We got a scooter through the hotel and had Dinner in Sapa (about 20 min drive each way). A supermarket is right next to the MT House for some late night snacks.

We loved the view, the quiet environment and were more happy than in busy Sapa.

The rooms are spacious. The only thing we did not like was the Water drain for the Bath tub. It sort of just flows over the bathroom floor which leaves this floor wet Even After a whole night. But in all honesty, it did not bother me a lot.

The view alone is already worth the stop — peaceful rice terraces, fresh mountain air, and just a super calming vibe all around. It’s the kind of place where you just want to sit back and take it all in.

The coffee was surprisingly good too — smooth, not too sweet, and really refreshing especially in that weather. I loved the cute straw detail too!

But what really stood out was the service. The staff were so warm and accommodating, you can tell they really care. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored — they were attentive but still gave you space to relax.
