I loved my stay here! I stayed for 4 nights and I could have stayed far longer. I loved being here, being around hoa, her family, and her beautiful pets! This was such a great place to stay and would recommend it when visiting sapa. It is outside of sapa town however, it is about an hours walk or a 25 minute scooter journey away. The valley is beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the family dinners were absolutely delicious! I’m a vegan and they made sure there was always so much for me to eat and choose from. The aubergine dish from the family dinner was the best I have had in a long time and their home made rice wine was delicious! I met some lovely people whilst staying there, the sharing space was social and everyone was very sweet and friendly. Also Hoa helps organise trekking and activities for you if you want, and encourages walks you can do on your own around the area, exploring local villages or the bamboo forest! Hoa had a puppy and kittens who were so incredibly cute! Thank you for such an incredible stay and I can’t wait...

Nice family. Breakfast was amazing. Banana pancakes with passion fruit syrup. We did a dinner with the family and it was sooooo delicious. I'm not just saying that. Her husband is a proper cook. We drank shots of rice wine and it was a great experience. The wifi is limited but I mean we can all put down our phones. People try and come to sell you stuff but they wait until you're done eating. They were nice and boiled us hot water for our soups we had brought up. Their menu food was good, mind you i only had fried rice. They sell bottle water. Call/contact the hotel ahead of time to have them send you a taxi because the grab in the main area will pick up other people without your consent and charge you all the same price vs all sharing the cab/grab cost. You have to pay an entrance fee as well.. sry I can't remember the price. The hotel will tell you the cost of their cab and it was much cheaper than 'in town' and they send you back...

Genuinely one of the best hostels i have ever stayed in, the couple that own it are the sweetest and most accommodating hosts possible.

We arrived late at 10:30pm asking if there was any food expecting a few snacks but were treated to the best pho we have ever had in our lives by Hoa’s husband who is an excellent chef.

They were both extremely helpful organising our hiking tour for the next day, no question was too small, the family dinner was incredible and we felt like family even within our short 24 hour stay, we were very sad to say goodbye and had hugs all round.

I even accidentally left my charger and portable battery when leaving for an over night bus and Hoa the owner could not have been more helpful with getting it back to me by posting it to my next destination even though I changed where I was going multiple times.

If you want to have an instant family in Sapa this is the hostel for you, 100/10...

The hostel is located in the middle of scenic rice fields in a less crowded area approx. 7km from Sapa village (you can easily get a taxi there for 250k from town). I loved the hostel because it had a great terrace to sit and enjoy the view, eat delicious and affordable home cooked meals and it offers a variety of services from booking trekking tours, tickets to Fansipan, bus tickets, laundry etc. literally anything you could need, you can get there! I stayed in the private room where the bathroom situation wasn’t the greatest and i was encountered by three cockroaches in the bedroom during the time of the stay. Maybe that was just bad luck with that particular room as the people staying in the dorm haven’t had similar issues. So all I all still a great stay! The host is incredibly helpful and the people staying there are great too.

M’y friend met hoa the owner on a plane from phu quoc and she was amazingly friendly and we decided to stay at her place when visited sapa . We had no idea what to expect and were mind blowing by the beauty of this homestay , right on the middle of the famous sapa rice field , the sunset was beautiful, they cooked us a delicious fest every night . We could just walk down the river and walk to the waterfall but the neighbors took us in between the rice and corn fields to have a more authentic experience and we couldn’t be happier . The next day we got to help the locals plant the rice as we arrive right in good season and was the experience of a life time . Hoa and her family are amazing host and perfect English so definitely recommend this beautiful place
