An Vista Hotel — Hotel in Nha Trang City

||Stayed here again in Feb 2019. The hotel has changed hands but the service and hotel facilities were to the same high standards. Nin toph and Jason were outstanding in their job providing me with excellent help and assistance during my stay. It is rare to find such a high level of customer care in any hotel. I am looking forward to seeing seeing them again in July. Thank you all so much for making my stay such a pleasurable experience ||We stayed for 19 nights. My mother is 85 so I was a bit worried that the hotel would be of a low standard because of the price we paid. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean light and airy. The hot water was constant. I even managed to have a bath every night! I always looked forward to breakfast in the spacious dining room: something that filled me up for the rest of the day. The swimming pool on the roof is a fantastic place for the kids and very clean and well maintained. I particularly liked the location. It is in a quiet area within a 5 minute walk to the beach, the water park and the rabbit hole night club. Great for the kids!! The staff were friendly and very helpful particularly Tom who always went out of his way to check everything was ok, organising some great value trips for us. Joy the restaurant manager was always smiling and helpful. I have stayed in many hotels in Nha trang. This is without doubt the best. I will be visiting Nha Trang next year and will be booking the sunny hotel for the rest of my family. I cant fault it and thank the staff for an...

总体来说很好，位置5颗星，设施5颗星，卫生4颗星，服务5颗星，早餐5颗星，员工5颗星，员工是惊喜，非常满意，非常喜欢前台小哥Toph|Location: 5 stars, bar at the front door, night market downstairs, delicious food along the front street, 5min walk to the beach, 10-15min walk to the city center|Facility: 5 stars, regular family inn, furniture and appliances are not brand new but OK, the balcony is good for viewing, swimming pool on 6th floor is not big but good enough, effective sound insulation between rooms|Sanitation: 4 stars, generally OK, 1 star deducted due to the towels changing in room cleaning service, a towel was put upon the trash bin when I went back to the room one day which I did not know whether it was clean or not, I did not use the towel but that situation made me not comfortable|Service: 5 stars, raincoats and umbrellas can be provided at the reception which is really thoughtful, tours to the islands and tickets to the Vinpearl and also be booked at the reception, also discount for Mud Bath, and wake-up calls if we need|Breakfast: 5 stars, the breakfast is pretty good as a family inn, can both satisfy Asian and Western people, dishes are slightly different everyday|Staff: 5 stars, the staffs are really thoughtful, Toph especially was really helpful during my stay and we had great conversation, we got to know each other and he taught me some basic Vietnamese, he is a very responsible and thoughtful person, and I believe he can make great achievements...
