I recently stayed at Kyomodo Panorama Apartment (November 17-21, 2024) and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing due to unresolved room condition issues. The room I initially checked into had severe humidity problems, making it uncomfortable to rest or even use the space. Although I raised this concern with reception, the alternative room offered also suffered from the same excessive dampness. This suggests a larger issue beyond seasonal humidity, as even the furniture and bedding were affected. Such high levels of humidity can lead to serious health issues in the long term, particularly respiratory problems. Throughout my stay, even breathing became difficult, and I believe this environment could potentially trigger conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, or other respiratory illnesses.The rooms should be inspected by local health authorities. Despite requesting a resolution and a refund, I received neither a solution from the management nor a reimbursement. This is by far the most dishonest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They proudly advertise a “rooftop pool with panoramic view,” but in reality, they don’t even let guests use it. When I tried to go there, they refused entry and demanded an extra payment — even though it’s clearly listed as an included facility. This isn’t a misunderstanding — it’s intentional deception.
The information online is completely false and misleading. You don’t feel like a guest here — you feel like someone they try to squeeze money out of at every opportunity. The staff is indifferent and unhelpful, and every complaint is ignored unless it involves paying extra.

Check-in was a mess, too many people and no professionalism at all. They take photos of your passport with their phone to check you in. The next day I was told I need to move to a different room because of plumbing problems. There was no problem in my room. But they insisted that I move to another room but they couldn’t tell me when I can move. Then they suggested that I leave my belongings to the lobby full of people with no security at all until a room is available.
