It's been a very enjoyable stay indeed. The room was sparkling clean, with spotless, quality bedsheets. I loved the duvet, as well as the mattress. (I found the pillows to be too high, though.) I felt relieved arriving here. In the room there was a kettle and cups, so I could make myself tea. The table and chair were comfortable for working on the laptop. The sockets were conveniently positioned: near the table, as well as on both sides of the bed. Wi-Fi worked well as well. It was quiet throughout my stay: either they have good soundproofing, or else the people next door were really quiet. The bathroom had a fancy shower, with three different modes, and hot water was available throughout. I liked the stylish bathroom door. And they even had two sets of towels: 2 large body towels and 2 small face towels. Awesome! The electronic key card for opening the door also worked well. Lastly, the receptionist was extremely welcoming, attentive and polite. And spoke good English. I really felt welcome. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised to find such a quality hotel. I had a wonderful stay at Lavender Nha Trang Hotel! From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great attention to detail.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and shops, but still quiet enough for a relaxing night’s sleep. The hotel also offers excellent value for money, especially considering the cleanliness and service quality.

What really stood out to me was the warm hospitality. The staff truly went above and beyond, making me feel welcomed and cared for throughout my stay.

This is a great hotel at 250K VND. Clean, has a good desk, and comes with a balcony. Daily housekeeping too. It is located in a good area near dozens of restaurants and street vendors, making the experience even better.
