I had a big problem while I stayed here.
Shortly) -they said in this Hotel, shouldn't smoke but they don't have system to detect the smoking.
receptionist don't want to do something for customers. And when we tried to explain our situation, they became tired and just tried to make us go back.
when you have a problem in this hotel, no one can give a good solution.
Result) we had to keep running the ac to remove the smell by ourselves = became sick and couldn't enjoy our trip.
-Every night, we had to suffer from the smoke smell.
we had to keep explaining our situation since they cannot understand and they don't communicate well between the workers.
we waste our time so much and couldn't rest well in this hotel.
26th - 27th we could smell the smoke smell from our bathroom and near the door. So we report, so engineer came and spray some water in the bathroom. but still there was a smell and smoke smell was coming again it was around midnight.
27th-28th At night we smelled again. And we report.
28th In the morning, we smelled again. In our bathroom. And we asked them a reparation. And the worker said she will contact to the Hotel owner. (It took more than 2days to get answers)
28th-29th 1)Around 12pm we smelled very strong smoke smell from our bathroom again. So we called the worker. And asked to check
We talked with him more than 1 hr and we came back to our room and there was still strong smoke smell.
2)we tried to close the toilet door and sleep. But this smell was coming from the front door. And I called him again but what I received was
The problem is You don't have the system which can detect the smoke smell
And now I want to talk about the workers Some of them cannot speak English. Very big problem
The woman who wears glasses had very bad attitude. When I tried to explain, she signed. And this worker really don't care about this problem.
Another guy.. lied to be safe by himself. When I reported he came to our room and smelled how serious was it. And later when talked about the smell, he said 'I smelled faint of smell'which was lie because I saw that when he came to our room he tried to close his nose with his hand.
= this kind of reaction from the Hotel made me angry. And we became so sick and had so bad conditions during our trip.
If is like this I don't know how many ppl are smoking in this hotel. Because I smelled so often while I stayed. And while so many ppl smoke in this hotel they didn't try to find and make a solution or system...
Read moreThe best hotel we have been in Nha Trang, the price it was below average compared to the rest of hotels located in the area, it was a bit distant from the city centre but not much it was basically around 20 minutes walking distance but you could either go through the beach or get distracted on the way while you get there through the main road. Around the hotel there’s plenty of restaurants and shops also, you can have either fresh juices or coffee and all types of food. The hotel is super pleasant as soon as you walk in till the pool, all the areas and hallways are clean, the reception has a beautiful decoration and atmosphere as well as the rest of the hotel, the pool area is also very well painted and makes a great vibe although when we were at the pool it was a bit windy, the gym is very small only has four machines which if there’s more than two persons it can be a bit unpleasant and the views are not the best it bnb looks like there’s an area behind the hotel totally abandoned it would be great if eventually a fun park or a kart circuit would be done there, but although the views are not the best you can enjoy the perfect sunset. There is a spa on the top of the hotel which you can have your own massage or treatment without leaving the hotel, the pool area does also have bathrooms with shower and some rest beds around the pool. The staff were very friendly and professional also the cleaning staff were coming daily to clean and arrange the room. The room it was just amazing everything was new and it was very well decorated, the details made it just all, the mirrors had touch light there’s was a mirror also and a desk with a very comfortable chair as well a small table for the views, the beds were very comfortable and on the bathroom there was hot water and a bathtub. It was a great room with sea view not so bad because you could see the beach although there was some buildings in the middle but you could still enjoy the sea view. The hotel also counts with transfer services to the airport and other services on request. We had a very pleasant stay here and if you’re searching for a hotel to stay in Nha Trang I would definitely recommend this one as everything is quality. There’s also a restaurant inside the hotel and a buffet breakfast for only 100K. If there’s something I have to mention is that we ordered an orange juice to the room and it was not freshly made juice it was from the package and that is not good at all as everywhere around the Vietnam they make the juices fresh from the fruit I think this should be improved besides that our experience it was excellent and would...

So, if housekeepers take the robe, they blame you for it going missing. You have to check after every day’s cleaning to see what they’ve taken or what they haven’t 😂
Disappointed, felt horrible and stressful. Moreover, the robes were dirty. Despite asking for replacements several times, the unfriendly guy, who doesn’t greet you at all brought even dirtier ones with stains. Making situation with robes a nightmare.
The cleaning was very poor. The personnel don't like to clean. Sometimes they just folded the blanket halfway on the bed and didn't even take out the rubbish. They don't replenish water or coffee unless reminded (after several reminders and requests it was better).
Breakfast was disappointing, with only cold omelets from European cuisine.
The pool is small, more for looks than swimming.
On the bright side, the location is quiet. +I liked that there's a bathtub in the room, a small rooftop to sit on ocean views from the room. Well, with a partial ocean view peeking through the buildings, reliable hot and cold water. +The air conditioning works well, the mattress is comfortable, and the bed is cozy. +They do listen to requests; for example, when we asked to change the sheets, they did so promptly.
Overall, would give more stars , but super disappointed that they didn’t want to return passport.
