Skylight Hotel Nha Trang — Hotel in Nha Trang City

Check in experience: we arrived early around 8:30 am and just wanted to leave our luggage and go out for breakfast, so we didn't pay extra for the early check in when the manager asked. Coming back around 1 pm and tired of the heat, we were told that we can't take the room until 2 pm, even we knew the room was ready whole morning through their action (we are working in Hospitality!!). There was NO flexible at all!! The manager just wanted to take extra money for the early check in!!||Room: the sink location is a bit weird for us, it's just behind the entrance door?? The space between the bathroom door and the bed is too narrow, it's inconvenience when opening the door.||Staff: however, the staff is nice and helpful during our stay, especially Mr. Huy...

We were literally the first guests at this hotel. Lee and her staff were super pleasant and their hospitality was beyond standard. Everyone was smiling the whole time. A fruit platter as a welcome was a nice touch. Our room was perfectly clean, room service very professional, breakfast tasty and the area was nice and quiet. Nice and cozy bars and cafes just around the corner, restaurant Ha Noi next door offers amazing pho bo and the distance to the beach is totally doable. Good luck...
