This place is highly rated on here and that is why we decided to go for the seafood. I read a review from a few months ago showing that until recently they bribed guests for a five star review in return for two free beers, and honestly that must be how they are still so highly rated.

Our experience was terrible. Apart from the friendly staff(only one of whom has any English at all), everything was terrible.

First of all, all the food we ordered came out at different times, with sides and mains randomly arriving. Then the tofu dish and two French fries were absolutely horrible. Just awful taste, and I imagine that it wasn’t just us being fussy, as we are not that picky with food in general. Next, a Mantis Prawn dish came out which we didn’t order. It was explained by the staff as something lost in translation, which was ok but a bit odd. Next, an ENORMOUS rat ran down the stairs beside us and under the fish tanks! A waitress saw it too and as we caught each other’s eye after the sighting, she just started laughing.

I mentioned to the other waitress about the rat, and she apologized for that but said there is nothing they can do to keep the rats out. Honestly, though it is not her fault, that just isn’t good enough. I mean management need to get pest control in, and make sure the rats cannot access the food. We felt physically sick. Next the plate of garlic fried prawns came out, and the shells were melted into the flesh, making it very hard to de-shell them. Again, they were pretty tasteless for a restaurant that seems so highly reviewed. Finally the bill came, and not only were we overcharged as the shrimp dish we ordered was added to the bill, but the waitress removed 2 of the four soft drinks we had from the bill as an apology for seeing the rat. This is ridiculous - and probably a management decision and not hers - but the presence of huge disease carrying vermin in a restaurant warrants serious investigation, and honestly I don’t think we should have been charged.

Anyway, we paid the bill minus the 2 cokes and the extra dish charged in error, but would really recommend to avoid coming here as the quality of food and cleanliness of the place does not correspond to a...

Service was terrible........if there was any staff just stand around and after multiple requests for certain things then eventually they will attend after a long wait even though restaurant was not busy.......for our order of stir fry seafood noodles.......by the time we had eaten half of what we ordered we didn't even bother want to remind them again of our missing order........we also ordered a hotpot and was almost burnt by one of the hotpot coals as one of the staff girls was lighting it the plastic caught on fire as she was holding it. She was holding the burning plastic and waving around luckily it did not hit myself or another person at our table as she turned quickly and threw it against the wall while it was still burning. That's dangerous as anything could of happened the only time I saw staff move around and do something was when 3 other staff members ran over and started stepping on the fire...... JESUS.... As the fire was put out there was no simple apology just little giggles like little school girls amongst each other...... Also ordered a live fish that was selected out of their tanks was specifically requested to deep fry the whole fish as a whole .......the fried fish ended up coming out just a basic fry and chopped into little pieces and served onto the dish........is that what you call fried fish as a whole ? Great 👍.yeah right ........... Management was also spoken to but nothing was compensated for..... But gibberish and promises and explanations saying that normally if they have guests that complain about their meals and services the bill is free.......yeah........ok.......then we just paid full price with no compensation.......but false promises........Last but not least staff need to be trained and checked on or something........its not cool or great when you need to go to the toilet waiting for over 5-6 minutes and their a two cubicles but some staff are tired and have fallen asleep inside the toilet........things...

On one menu they have written "coffee with milk" 25,000*, in another menu "30,000". If they had 1 price list, I would be able to pay 30 and 40 and 50. Any amount. But it is unpleasant here that there are 2 prices, even with a small difference, but the staff could not explain what the difference is. I think they sell at the first price to locals, and at the second price to foreigners. Moreover, the staff could not explain "why this is so." Be careful. In principle, because of this, I will not go there, although I was previously a regular customer of them. I think if your cafe has 2 prices and you can't explain the difference, then you should sell in favor of the customer. I don't recommend this cafe

The representative's answer (under my review) did not suit me because the sale of drinks is located on the territory of the cafe and the cafe staff communicate directly with the sellers of drinks and I think this is an affiliated business. If this is not the case, figure out why drinks are sold at different prices on...
