Milan Hotel Ninh Binh — Hotel in Ninh Bình

Good room, nice and clean. But the scooter rental is kinda bad. We rent a scooter for 1 day but when we comeback at night, they asked to return the key(Rental is not 1 day but 1 afternoon). We talked with the staff and say no problem, we gonna take one more day tommorow. Staff say to comeback at 10 am but when we comeback our scooter was gone and my personal helmet too.

The service was good, no scams on pricing, consistent prices throughout the day.

Super clean inside, no bugs, water pressure and bathrooms were great.

Room prices super fair. 800K for a room that houses up to 4 with 2 twin beds and 600k for a room with a large bed for two people

Staff was friendly, we actually forgot our wallet and they called us after to come back...
