Elyday Apartment Hillside Phu Quoc - Sea & Firework view — Hotel in Phú Quốc

Appartment was okay, the rest pretty awful. The building is in pretty bad state, electric wires hanging out everywhere. No towels or anything to use around the pool, nor any comfy places to sit. Broken wooden sun loungers laying around. Poolside is pitch black with no lighting at night. Loads of floor tiles out of place and likely to trip people up, basically they can't be bothered to finish it to a proper state. Service - fairly horrendous, waited 30mins or more being passed from person to person at the "check in" office, literally a desk in room which is dirty and full of stuff. Eventually a woman from the restaurant took us to our room with a miserable sigh and explained nothing about the apartment, where the pool was how to get through the doors etc - an inconvenience that we were there. Later that day, using Google translate we asked about washing, to be told to go back to our room and look again as we have a washing machine in our apartment, which we explained we did not have. They obviously thought we were a bit thick to not see a massive washing machine on the balcony, that we didn't have. We left laundry to be done the next day, that was never sent off, so picked up dirty when we left. No one knows what they are doing nor do they really want to deal with you. It's also on an awful theme park like complex, some good entertainment for kids but overpriced and nothing Vietnamese about the place, basically at a cheap and lacking french fake village. Mostly everything is empty and staff...

The sea-view is superb. Pls choose sea view because will experience fireworks view at night time, all staffs assisted very well during check-in up until check-out time.

They also provide airport pickup & transfer, very convenience car and driver.

Location very near around attraction places, walking distance to Sarah restaurant (for muslim food), also can rent a bike from them we rented 150,000vnd per day, only need to refuel but staff will assisted a location of...

Very bad experience We checked in at 4.30 pm first they provided us a room with no amenities no water because they knew we will be leaving early morning They were trying to scam us Then after being confronted they told us no other rooms are left After so much drama of 2 hours they finally gave us a room They just give us the keys and then u are on your own they will not pick up the phone also there is no way to contact them Worst experience Do not recommend this...
